BYLAW NO. 4-99
A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF CUDWORTH IN THE PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN, TO REGULATE WALLS, FENCES, HEDGES OR SHRUBS ALONG A LOT LINE IN THE TOWN OF CUDWORTH

WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Cudworth enacts as follows:
Walls, fences, hedges or shrubs may be erected, placed, planted, maintained or grown along a lot line only in conformance with the following regulation:
1. Residential Districts
(1)Maximum height in any required yard except a required front yard - 2 metres (6.6 feet).
(2)Maximum height in a required front yard - 1 metre (3.3 feet).
(3)In the case of a corner lot, the maximum height in an intersection sight triangle is 0.75 metres (2.5 feet).
2. Commercial Districts
(1)Maximum height, other than for required screening, - 2 metres (6.6 feet).
(2)In the case of a corner lot, no wall, fence hedge or shrub shall be placed so as to create a visual obstruction in an established intersection sight triangle.
3. Industrial Districts
(1)Maximum height, other than for required screening, in any required yard except a required front yard - 2.5 metres (8 feet).
(2)Maximum height, other than for required screening, in a required front yard - 1 metre (3.3 feet).
(3)In the case of a corner lot, no wall, fence hedge or shrub shall be placed so as to create a visual obstruction in an established intersection sight triangle.
4. Other Districts
(1)Maximum height - 2 metres (6.6 feet), except required front yards - 1 metre (3.3 feet).
